Techtona Hardwood guarantees our products will meet standards described in our product standard sheet sent to you prior to accepting payment. Anything that does not meet those specifications will be replaced by Techtona at no additional cost to you.
Techtona does not accept any risk or liability for problems resulting from shipping, storage, site conditions, installation or maintenance of our products. The consumer is responsible for storing Techtona products in a manner that maintains the recommended moisture content prior to installation.
The consumer/installer is responsible for inspecting each piece prior to installation. Installation confirms you as the buyer have accepted the material. Techtona accepts no responsibility or liability for any material once it has been installed.
If there are any questions regarding specs or defects prior to installation contact us before installing to discuss the situation.
Once installed, the material has been accepted and deemed suitable by the installer. The ultimate responsibility for moisture-related failure, and for claims related to the installation of pieces with visible defect, lies with the installer.
